Contract to Hire Flex Developer

We are a new media production company based out of Orange County and are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Flex developer to work with us in the development and support of an our Flex client/server application. The candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem solving skills, an ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies. We are a well financed company with an exciting equity participation opportunity for the appropriate candidate. We require direct Flex experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1-3+ years of Professional programming experience.
• 1+ years of Flex experience (AS3)
• Formal education is not essential (we will asses past works)
