We are seeking a talented Flash Developer with solid programming skills and a deep artistic bent (and if you're into music / media, even better!). We are venture funded company with an environment that is fun, fast-paced, team oriented, and highly interactive.

Our ideal candidate is someone who can build rich user-experiences (i.e., highly interactive, cross-browser, and lightweight modular data driven components) to support our creative and marketing objectives. You will be an integral part of a team with direct input in building the next generation artist services platform. Qualifications:

• 3+ years developing applications with Adobe Flash and Action Script

• Strong knowledge of AS3 and component development

• Good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (familiarity with Design Patterns a strong plus)

• Familiarity with Flex Builder 3, AS3 Project

• Familiarity with DHTML/CSS/Javascript

• Experience building lightweight dynamic widgets for social networks (i.e. Myspace & Facebook)

• Photoshop and information design experience

• Interface design and building data visualizations are a plus

• Solid Written and verbal communication skills

• The organizational ability to manage time predictably and effectively

• Motivation for professional growth
