Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

Location: Northern California and Los Angeles

5+ years of diverse user-interface development experience

• Flex development
• Full lifecycle lead UI development position
• Web-based and desktop application development
• OO analysis and design skills
• Video streaming technologies desirable

The company pays 100% of the employee's medical, dental and vision. The employees are able to select their benefits from HMO and PPO options. They can upgrade to a richer plan but there may be some out of pocket cost associated with that. Additionally, if they opt to include spouse and/or other dependents to their plan, there will be out of pocket cost, however, the company does contribute a bit. Life Insurance is also covered- up to 1 year’s annual salary and this too is paid by the company. All of this is through TriNet.

All employees are eligible to earn 10 days of vacation, 5 sick days, 2 personal days and a floating holiday as well as a "philanthropy day" if they'd like to volunteer for a charity or an event. The following holidays off:

• President's Day
• Memorial Day
• Fourth of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving and the day after

Closed during the winter holidays- generally from the 24th of Dec through the 2nd of Jan.
