Job Description: We have an immediate need for a Senior Flash Engineer, with a passion for the web, to join our team of hyper-talented, edgy and eclectic digital media gurus. You will create and maintain Flash applications for our greatest product, www.spike.com. As Senior Flash Engineer, they are responsible for the High-end ActionScript and client-side development for consumer facing internet properties. They will be developing and maintaining coding standards to achieve efficiency in maintenance and portability. This position will work with designers to bring application from wireframe to production implementation. He or she will be monitoring and assessing the ActionScript code written by other team developers. They will also aim to achieve a good understanding of business objectives and be able to translate them into technical design and implementation.
