We are a startup based out of Los Angeles, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Flex developer to assist in development and support of an on-going Flex client/server application. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem solving skills, an ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies, and an ability to effectively communicate. Our company is relatively small and this is an opportunity to get involved with a well financed startup in its early stages. While direct Flex experience is ideal we are looking for OO programmers with a strong background in java and people interested in learning emerging RIA technologies.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1-3+ years of Professional OO experience (java or C/C++)
• 1+ years of Flex experience (AS3) (optional)
• 1-3+ years of LAMP development
• A BS in Computer Science or higher
