Lead Front End Developer (Flash/Flex/AJAX/HTML/CSS)

Applied Minds (Danny Hillis, Bran Ferren and company) is starting a new personal video start up. We are well funded, planned, and resourced.

We're looking for the right person to lead all things front end for this exciting new opportunity. You are responsible for the overall execution of what must be first-class user interfaces, facilitating design and UX implementation/optimization in browsers and other modalities. You are a solid programmer and deliver high-performance, high-quality experiences while collaborating or leading others as needed. You and our Architect/Lead Developer are turning our prototypes into production-grade product.

Required Skills and Experience: - Minimum 4 years expert level experience with Flash/Flex, AJAX, Javascript, CSS/XHTML - Experience with media serving/streaming or comparable a plus - Good working knowledge of design, UI/UX, web, analytics, marketing standards - Excellent communication, collaboration and problem solving skills - Self-motivated and responsible
