We are seeking experienced web languages programmers for both fulltime and contract assignments to join our interactive team. You must live in the Los Angeles area, and work onsite at our beachfront offices; no telecommuting is possible for these positions. We work with the world’s best advertising agencies in the creation of creative and challenging interactive projects ranging from Web sites to Web-based application systems. The work is diverse and you should love meeting interface and development challenges daily with enthusiasm, while also researching and proposing new technologies in their field and interacting with their peers.

Ideally, you will possess the following qualifications: • Four years of professional web development experience, displaying solid foundation in website architecture designs, with live sample links • Solid understanding of Internet technologies (JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, etc.) • Excellent and demonstrated knowledge of ActionScript 3 • Must have a working knowledge of object-oriented programming • Some knowledge of backend languages preferred • Ability to integrate well with an established team, and work under the direction of the web architect and creative teams. • Enjoy working near the beach and eating free gourmet catered lunch every day
