Roundpeg, Inc is looking for Flex Developers to join our Orange County office, joining a team of professionals executing on exciting, customer development projects.

Company Description Roundpeg has 14 years of experience delivering rich media applications. Our focus is delivering dynamic and rich internet applications that push the envelope of integrating video streaming, and Web 2.0 function.

Job Scope The ideal candidate will possess the ability to both design and program solutions independently and also work well both giving and taking direction in a team-based environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A demonstrable portfolio of data driven Flex Applications, including complex user interactions and communication with web servers.
• Understanding of good UI design
• 3+ years experience in developing highly responsive Macromedia/Adobe Flex/Flash based complex Rich Internet Applications (Flex/ActionScript 3 developer position)
• Experience with Flash runtime server interactions: Web Services, Security model, and JavaScript interface.
• Good, working knowledge of ActionScript 3 and Flex development environment in developing Flash-based applications and UI

Requirements:

• 3 to 7 years of engineering experience.
• Hit the Ground Running Knowledge of Flex
• Running Knowledge of Flash/ActionScript 3.0
• Running Knowledge of Javascript
• Strong communications skills
• Desire to work in a team environment
• Ability to have fun a must
