We're a small, but fast growing company seeking a few more amazing flash programmers. We love creative work and highly value people who are experts at what they do.

Currently we have several big flash projects that we're developing in house. One of the joys in this is that we can create high quality products fast, and we don't have to answer to any clients.

If you meet these requirements, we'd love to talk to you:

• must be an absolute expert at ActionScript 3 (AS3)
• must love object oriented programming
• must have a very good eye for design/motion, although ability to actually do design work is not necessary
• should be experienced with creating database driven sites, preferably using amfphp remoting to communicate between the database and flash
• must have a great portfolio (we want to see the end product and some of the code)
• we value creativity and people who think way outside the box
• we'd rather have someone who can make a great end-product than someone who blindly adheres to standards compliance
• ability to understand an audience and create intuitive user-interfaces is a plus
• experience with php/linux/mysql is a necessary evil
• must enjoy working with a small, creative team
• must be driven to work independently and meet deadlines
• must be able to take direction well and shift gears quickly when necessary
• ability to write and communicate well with "real people" is important

Ideally, we'd like people to work on site with us, and we're open to both contract and full-time work. We're based in Simi Valley, CA in the Los Angeles area.
