KickApps Corporation (http://www.kickapps.com) seeks a talented ActionScript/Flex developer to join our innovative Widget Studio team. The KickApps Widget Studio is a Flex-driven WYSIWYG application that makes it easy to build and customize dynamic video players, audio players, slideshows, and other apps, create rich media advertisements, and much more. Its functionality is further extended by a full complement of APIs for wrapping components and apps built by 3rd party developers and for deploying apps to social media and other destinations across the web. In the coming months and years we will be vastly expanding the power and breadth of this offering. We're looking for talented developers who will thrive doing challenging, innovative work in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years ActionScript development experience
• 1 - 2 years Flex
• Experience building both Flex and pure AS3 components and applications
• User Experience Design skills a strong plus

We work in Eclipse with the Flex 3 plug-in, and use SVN and Tomcat with a Java back-end, so familiarity with these technologies is also a strong plus.
