We are currently seeking a Sr. J2EE Software Developer w/ Adobe Flex expertise to support one of our established clients.

NOTE: Candidates must be local to the Washington, DC area and have US work authorization - US Citizenship, Green Card or EAD - as our client does not provide Visa sponsorship at this time. No corp to corp contracts.

Job Description:

Within an IT organization that supports mission critical lending, risk and online applications there is a tremendous demand for new and enhanced functionality. In order to support these efforts, our client is forming a SWAT Team to augment current team. This new team will be brought to bear on projects that need additional talent or capabilities to complete them on time. The team will contribute a full spectrum of capabilities from architecture and design through development and implementation.

The team will report directly to the organization**s Vice President on a straight line and to the individual Project Managers on a dotted line when they are assigned to projects. These are highly critical and visible positions and will require individuals who can jump in and make an impact quickly. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills are necessary for success.
