Employment: Contract to Full Time Hire

We are Flash Factory... A start-up company with big ideas that is pushing the envelope of the latest technologies in Flash AS3 and Flex. We’re located in Burbank right around the corner from NBC Studios and Disney. We are a fun loving group, built by the people in the trenches... no stuffy white collar bosses.

You are... A Flash Developer who has a comprehensive knowledge of Actionscript 3.0 as well as OOP including design patterns. You should also know XML and have at least a descent personality with a modest demeanor, willing to work in concert with others. Bonus points if you also know:

• Object Oriented Programming • Papervision3D/Away3D • PHP • Flex • Flash Media Server or Red5 • HTML/CSS/JavaScript
