DCM Services is a leading national provider of deceased account collection solutions. DCM Services helps protect client brands and maximize their recoveries through an innovative estate-focused approach to collections. Our proprietary Probate Finder® system enables us to find more estates, generate more recoveries and protect our client brands better than any solution available. We are currently seeking an experienced well rounded developer to join the application development team. The team is responsible for supporting existing applications as well as developing new products using Adobe Flex / C# .NET / MS SQL Server. The ideal candidate will have experience in all three technologies.

Note: We are not considering H1-B candidates for this position.

Responsibilities:

Create various applications utilizing Visual Studio 2008 and Adobe Flex; ranging in complexity from small individual projects to large full team efforts. Create and maintain appropriate documentation to aid in the support and continued development of applications. Participate in the software testing process by preparing, executing, and documenting tests. Work with Project Managers and other business functions to help derive requirements and aid in the application design process. Support business users through reporting requests and providing analytical data as required.

Requirements:

Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in relevant discipline (MIS/CS) and 3-5 years related work experience (or commensurate work experience without degree). Experience creating and maintaining relational databases using MS SQL Server. Application development experience utilizing the .NET Framework. Experience with Web Services a plus. Excellent object oriented coding practices. User Interface development experience using Adobe Flex. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with structured change control processes and source code version control. Proven commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and structured, process-based thinking.
