Multi Media Marketing has an immediate opening for a Senior Flash / ActionScript Developer, to play a critical role in developing advanced multimedia content and interactive applications for the web, consumer devices and mobile phones.

We are looking for an innovative thinker and CODE EXPERT that enjoys tackling challenging projects. The successful candidate must also have excellent people skills and be resourceful in order to manage the development process. The Senior Flash / ActionScript Developer must maintain a keen sense of professionalism, be goal oriented, extremely self-driven and have a positive attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES: *Must be passionate about programming and technology *Must be an expert problem solver *Must write clear, clean, readable, portable, reliable and manageable code *Must be able to create creative and challenging interactive projects ranging from web-sites to web-based application systems. *Will be working with others who are dedicated, driven, and talented *Will develop technical and creative solutions through research and technology *Will participate in brainstorming sessions, scoping meetings and may also participate in meetings with clients

REQUIREMENTS: *Must be an ABSOLUTE EXPERT at ActionScript 3 (AS3) with demonstrated knowledge *Must be at an EXPERT-LEVEL in Flash and Flex with demonstrated knowledge *Must have a very good eye for design *Should be experienced with creating database driven sites *Must have experience with .NET, SQL, JavaScript, XML, and HTML/CSS *Minimum of 5 years of interactive experience *Must have a positive, self-starting team-oriented attitude *Must be able to take direction (when given) and shift gears quickly when necessary *Great written and oral communication skills
